Band Bio

123 Draw (Dean-Ryan-Andy-Will) was officially formed in the winter of '08. The boys were asked to be the opening act for

a "Battle of the Bands" competition at the Ocean City Music Pier in January of '08. After numerous encouraging accolades from

their performance, other gigs started to roll in. It was then that the band was booked to play "Family Nights" on the Ocean City

Boardwalk.

They have also played multiple times at the 8th Street Dominos in Ocean City, including the Spring Block Party. 123 Draw is also the 'unofficial' backup band for Ted Pryor (Ocean City's best Elvis impersonator)

At the end of 2008, the band played a Community Block Party and a Parents Association Fun Day Festival in Egg Harbor Township.

They have also played Sweet 16 parties and graduation parties (Book them now for your next event!)

Starting 2009 off was a Battle of the Bands in Ocean City in which they took 2nd place amongst a group of older and more travelled bands. They also played a benefit concert for the town of Whitesboro, NJ hosted by Steadman (of Oprah fame)

Recently, the band has been asked to play at the Ocean City Baron's Soccer home games, to play at Family Nights on the OC boardwalk (Thursday nights), Evenings on Asbury (9th Street, Ocean City) and other events throughout the South Jersey Area.

In addition to band functions, each member continues to hone their individual skills via Open Mic nights and through the expert

tutelage of Mr. Rob Gummel at the Ocean City Community Arts Center.

The Band:

	Dean Howey
	Guitar, Vocals
	Age: 15

An Ocean City resident for 8 years, Dean has been playing
guitar for the past 4 years.
Dean enjoys playing classic rock and spends most of his time
composing songs with Andy "Don't call me Andrew" Wiggins for
the band.

Dean also excels at Baseball, enjoys writing stories , playing
Ultimate Frisbee with his brothers and taking care of his pet
goat "Bob".

He dislikes pasta and avoids any wheat products like the plague.

	Ryan Walsh
	Bass, Vocals
	Age: 15

Ryan has been playing bass for over 2 years now, In addition to
adding his vocal talents to the band, he is also an accomplished
trombone player. Ryan is also a member of the OC Choir,
Marching Band, Vocal Ensemble and is continuing to pursue his
acting career as a member of the Drama Group.

Ryan loves pizza (Dominoes, 8th Street, Ocean City), especially
BBQ chicken pizza.

As the romantic of the group, Ryan enjoys long walks on the
beach but hates lima beans!

	Andy Wiggins
	Drums
	Age: 15

A lifetime Ocean City resident, Andy has been playing guitar for
over 4 years. Along with his brother "Will", he is a self
described "Beatles Fanatic" Along with Dean, Andy writes and
collaborates on many of the original songs for the band.

Andy is also interested in acting, being a member of the Ocean
City Drama Group and a member of the OCHS Vocal Ensemble.

Andy likes pancakes, writing music and playing the harmonica.
He dislikes wearing shoes, favoring flip flops whenever
possible.

	Will Wiggins
	Drums
	Age: 16

A lifetime Ocean City resident, and the oldest of 4 siblings,
Will is a self taught drummer. He is also a self described
"Beatles Fanatic", a member of the OCHS Choir Ensemble and
leads the bands drum line not to mention the lead in a drama
production.

Will is the oldest member of the band and is looked up to as the
"big brother" of the group.

Will is interested in a career in advertising and graphic design.
He dislikes combing his hair, thus the need for the knit cap.
